SHIPPING UPDATE: High-level parcel volumes resulting in delays as Canada Post continues to deliver
Wellwise remains committed to supporting our customers and we’re working with our shipping partner (Canada Post) to respond to the increased demand in online shopping in a responsible manner, putting the safety, and the communities we serve, first.
As a result, customers may experience a delay in standard order processing and shipping times for all orders placed online at wellwise.ca. We apologize for this short-term issue.

Where We Ship
We are currently shipping to all Canadian provinces. Limited shipping options may be available in some areas.
Regular Order Processing
After your order has been placed, you will be notified with an Order Confirmation Email. Your order will be processed in our fulfillment center within 1-2 business days, subject to peak holiday periods.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a shipment tracking number. If you are a registered user, you may also log into your account to review the status of your current and past orders.
Once your order has shipped, you can track your shipment using your Shipping Confirmation or Shipment Notification emails. When shipping within Canada, your order will arrive within these delivery estimates based on your specified delivery location.

Shipping time is estimated from when you receive your shipping confirmation email. Delivery times may vary based on destination address.
All Custom Order Products will be processed in our fulfillment center within an estimated 2 – 4 weeks (or sooner if possible), subject to availability and/or peak holiday periods. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a shipment tracking number. If you have other items in your order, these will be processed and shipped separately based on our Regular Order Processing and Shipping.
We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain remote locations. At this time, we are not able to split an order into multiple shipping destinations.
Some items are considered hazardous and are required to be shipped by Standard shipping only. These may include aerosols and alcohol-based products.
