Our friendly staff are trained and certified to offer customized fittings for our braces, supports and compression products. We can help you stay equipped with the right gear and knowledge to help you stay active and independent.

Provide customized fittings for supports and braces

Demonstrate how to use and adjust products on your own
The Fitting room is disinfected after each appointment and all staff wear a mask
What to bring to your fitting appointment:
Your prescription that states the compression level, length of the garment and the diagnosis
Please wear loose fitting pants / leggings or skirt so we can take proper measurements
If you have any open/uncovered wounds, it needs to be healed or covered with a dressing
A mask must be worn during the entire fitting to help prevent the spread of COVID-19

After you invest in a great product, you want to make sure it maintains functionality as it was intended. That is why we offer technical support and repair options to help ensure your products keep performing for years to come.

Our technicians offer:
Temporary replacement equipment
Repair services

An assessment costs $100 and must be booked ahead of time. Our expert and friendly technicians will determine whether your product can be repaired in your home or in their shop, and provide you with a quote. If you choose to proceed with the repairs, the assessment fee will cover 30 minutes of your total labour. Please keep in mind that parts are only covered by warranty, additional fees will be charged for the labour.


In need of a product, but only for a short period of time? Many of our customers enjoy our rental offering. Rentals are great for when recovering from a hospital visit, or even when extending hospitality to friends and family.

Short-term mobility and safety needs.

Our rentals follow a 28-day cycle, with automatic billing every four weeks. All rental products are cleaned and sterilized before returning to our rental program.
